As a dedicated home manager and homeschool mother, she cultivates a Christ-centered environment focused on faith, purpose, and legacy. She is passionate about raising and educating her children with biblical teachings that equip them to be warriors who impact the Kingdom. Her master’s degree in Educational Leadership has been instrumental in supporting and building the business alongside her husband.
As a designer, Richlene helps create functional, beautiful spaces that serve families well while maintaining timeless aesthetic appeal. She also works to ensure the company’s brand and message are presented with excellence, professionalism, and creativity.
Known for encouraging and empowering others to walk in their God-given purpose, Richlene is committed to building a lasting legacy for future generations and helping other families do the same.

Jeff Jack Jr. brings together a unique combination of academic achievement, leadership experience, entrepreneurial vision, and faith-driven purpose that positions him for long-term success in real estate investing and business development.
Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategic communication, relationship building, and high-level problem solving through his work in executive recruiting and talent acquisition within the engineering and manufacturing industries. Working alongside executives, business owners, and technical leaders has equipped him with valuable insight into operations, negotiations, organizational growth, and investment-minded decision making.
Jeff is focused on building a real estate investment business rooted in both financial stewardship and Kingdom impact. Guided by his passion for Jesus, family, and community outreach, he desires to use business as a platform to create lasting change in the lives of others.
His vision extends beyond properties and investments—he is committed to building initiatives that strengthen families, support youth, equip parents, and serve communities through faith-based outreach and mentorship. By combining disciplined business principles with servant leadership and a heart for ministry, Jeff is building businesses designed not only to create generational wealth, but also to make a meaningful and eternal impact.
